Water Heaters in Pompano Beach, FL
I install and replace water heaters in Pompano Beach homes, gas and electric, and I haul the old tank out when I leave.
Hot water without the wait
A water heater rarely quits all at once. The showers run lukewarm, the tank starts to rumble, or you find water at the base and know the clock is ticking. I come out, confirm what the tank is doing, and give you a free estimate on a replacement that fits your house and your usage.
I set new 50 gallon tanks like the one in my recent install photos, and I swap gas heaters as well as electric. The new tank goes in level, strapped and plumbed clean, with the old unit hauled away. You get hot water back the same day in most cases, plus a receipt and a warranty on the work.

Questions I hear on this job
How do I know my water heater is failing?
The usual signs are showers that run lukewarm, water that comes out rusty, rumbling or popping sounds from the tank, and water pooled at the base. Age matters too. Most tanks are near the end of their life at eight to twelve years. Call me and I will look at it in person and tell you straight whether it has life left or needs to go.
Can you install a gas water heater?
Yes. I install gas and electric water heaters, including swapping a gas unit like for like. I check the gas line, the venting and the shutoff as part of the job, and I light and test the new unit before I leave so you are not guessing whether it is running right.
How long does a replacement take?
Most straightforward swaps take a few hours once I am on site, and your hot water is back the same day. If the old install has problems hiding behind it, like a failed shutoff valve or rotted supply lines, I will show you what I found and quote the extra work before I touch it.
Do you haul the old tank away?
Yes. Hauling the old unit out is part of the job, not an extra. I drain it, pull it, set the new tank in its place, and leave the area clean. Your paperwork is simple too. Every job I do comes with a receipt and a warranty.
