Sewer Lines in Pompano Beach, FL
I replace sewer lines for Pompano Beach homes and commercial buildings, from single bad sections to full runs.
Sewer lines replaced right
A failing sewer line announces itself with backups, gurgling drains, and wet ground over the line. On commercial buildings I have replaced 4 inch sewer and grease lines and repaired a 2 inch water main, so I am set up for bigger pipe as well as household runs. The work is digging, fitting and testing, done in that order and done once.
Not every bad sewer needs a full replacement. If one section has failed and the rest of the line is sound, I will replace the section and save you the money. If the line is failing end to end, I will show you why a full run is the honest recommendation before you spend anything.

Questions I hear on this job
How do I know my sewer line needs replacement?
Backups that hit the lowest drains in the house, toilets that gurgle when other fixtures run, and a strip of yard over the line that stays wet or grows faster than the rest are the classic signs. Age matters too, especially with cast iron. I will assess your line in person and give you the honest version, repair or replace.
Can you replace just one section of sewer line?
Yes, and I often recommend exactly that. When the failure is local, like one cracked section or one root choked joint, replacing that section is the right sized fix. I will not sell you a full line to solve a five foot problem. If the rest of the pipe checks out, you pay for the section and the digging it takes to reach it.
Do you replace commercial sewer and grease lines?
Yes. Commercial work is a real part of what I do. I have replaced 4 inch sewer and grease lines on commercial buildings and repaired a 2 inch water main, and I understand that a closed kitchen or a backed up building costs you money by the hour. Tell me your constraints and I will plan the work around them.
What happens to my yard during a sewer replacement?
I trench along the line, which means a strip of digging from the house to the street connection. I keep the trench as narrow as the job allows, pile the soil where it does the least harm, and backfill and level when the new line is tested. Mature plantings in the path are the one thing I cannot move, and I will flag them before we start.
