Bathroom Remodel Plumbing in Pompano Beach, FL

I do the plumbing inside bathroom remodels in Pompano Beach, from shower valves and pan liners to full drain reroutes.

Remodel plumbing that passes the eye test and the water test

A bathroom remodel lives or dies on the plumbing nobody sees at the end. I handle the rough in and the finish plumbing: shower and tub valves, drain moves, pan liners, toilet and fixture setting. I posted a bathroom remodel in January 2023 and the shower and drain work behind it is the part I am proudest of, because it is the part that has to be right.

If you are working with a tile or finish crew, I fit into their sequence. Rough in before the walls close, pan liner set and tested, then fixtures after the tile. If you are doing the remodel yourself, I will tell you plainly which parts are worth handing to a plumber and which you can handle.

Questions I hear on this job

Do you do the plumbing only, or the whole bathroom?

I do the plumbing. Valves, drains, water lines, pan liners and fixture setting are my trade, and that is the part of a remodel that has to be perfect behind the walls. For tile, glass and finishes you will want your own crew or contractor, and I am glad to coordinate my rough in and finish visits around their schedule.

Can you move a shower or toilet to a new spot?

Yes. Moving fixtures means moving drains and supplies, and that is core plumbing work. A shower can shift across the room, a tub can become a walk in shower, and a toilet can move if the drain geometry allows it. I will look at your layout and tell you what is practical before you commit to a design.

How early should I call you in a remodel?

Before the walls close, and ideally before demolition finishes. The pan liner and the shower drain have to be set in the right order or the whole shower is at risk of leaking later. An early call also means I can flag layout problems while they are still cheap to change, not after the tile is up.

Do you set shower pan liners?

Yes, I install the shower drain and the pan liner as part of the rough in. The liner is the waterproofing layer under your shower floor, and it only works if it is sloped and sealed correctly. It is unglamorous work that nobody photographs, and it is the difference between a shower that lasts and one that rots the floor under it.
